Thanks. Our preparations are under way. I brined a ham eariler. And I just finished dry-rubbing a brisket.With the turkey, I think we may end up with 32 pounds of meat.Should be a good time
Jiggs has gone out of town for the holiday, otherwise he would be making a joke about me dry-rubbing my meat.
Oooh! I spotted the word Mythbusters and had to react [naturally]!! We don't have Thxgiving where I am located -- but have a good one 'over there', guys! :-)
